A photo of SARS officers shared online is being discussed by Nigerians on social media.

The questions being asked include: should law enforcement officers dress the way they are dressed? Can Nigerians feel safe with men dressed like them? In what way do they look different from the criminals they claim they are after?

But some have argued that the way they look doesn't matter and sometimes you have to behave like a thief to catch a thief.

What's your take?

Hahahaha!!! Pls did someone up there just say they are involved in "undercover work"....Pls no "Serious Undercover Detective" will open teeth and post for a Selfie while adorning the attire of their security agency.

Well, They might even allude it was taken by a third party, but why allow a third party take implicating pictures of u; a likely and prospective "Undercover Detective" brandishing assault rifles in your branded uniform (FSARS) when u know d pics might see the light of the day, why not delete the said pictures if they are indeed not for Show or Are they now fashion models for FSARS??!!

Though, I'm not gonna dispute their mediocre undercover work or debase their efficiency and commitment to work while putting their precious lives on the line, but they are also VERY committed to terrorising and harassing innocent youths and Nigerians abi the harassment and terrorization is also part of their "Serious Undercover Duties"

dprpikin:
Let us not make much ado about nothing.

They function as undercover cops, hence the need for them to blend with their targets and environment. If not, they'll easily be spotted and eluded by criminals. Also, their job is the most dangerous in police force, so they don't need to always announce their presence and become easy preys in the hands of criminals
So they dont have cyber police department that deals with cyber crimes?why were they assigned the job of chasing and killing youngsters, who are very young and could be trained to use their skills in the military or national development.
