OKay then, explain to me why this is a bad movement for the country, I'm willing to learn
11 billion naira is nothing to a country of 200 million people unless someone in govt intend to use it as his pocket money. What is 11 bn naira in dollars? It can't even buy a single hyro-turbine of meaningful size.
So if someone want to invest in green project there have to be a blue print and not going to nse and newspapers to make noise when we don't even have industries to talk of green house emissions.

Out of 200,000,000 Nigerians, how many have N10,000,000 free cash to invest? grin cheesy

It appears nothing they do is meant for average honest people. Not even 500k or N1m minimum sub to encourage average people to participate.
Even on top of that only 11 billion naira. What can 11 billion accomplish. At the subscription rate of 10 million naira nominal only about 1000 people will exhaust the so called bond.
Who is fooling who in this country.
The issuance of this bond has shown that the calibre of people running this administration are incompetent, not in touch with reality and trend of things in the 21st century.

Still same thing. With modern electronic system, why should registering take a long time? The masses are just not factored in. Simple.

I used to buy shares for as low as $1000 dollars equivalent in a Western country 20 years ago. At flotation of big companies. Minimum shares were not set so high. So that individuals, and not just institutional visitors could take part. At times the shares were so oversubscribed that you were only allocated half your subscription: around $500 at times, at times $1,500 out of $3000 subscription. It encouraged one to cultivate the habit of investing even when one didn't have much money to spare then.

The govt of a country where 18k is minimum wage should work even harder to encourage average people to invest than private companies.
it's not the same
how many have electronic access
we still saying the same thing
only the rich matter
sorry
fact
