Nice idea, but the truth is that every good thing that want to happen in Nigeria are bound to fail..
Na so we do e-voting abi electronic voting they system was altered. And at the end of the day some people were blaming the machine for not capturing blah blah blah!
This is Nigeria and all the criminals have a way to bastardize every good thing..

when NIgeria has yet to make voting at poll stations proper, this one want to have voting via sms... lol! this idea is such a disaster waiting to happen, and just a way to facilitate crooked official to rig elections.
