Last week I made a post about a poignant case of a two month-(plus)-old baby; Favour Ndidi Obinna who was born with an abnormal mass attached to the back of her head, medically known as encephalocele. Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu, when she heard about the pathetic situation of Baby Favour, was overwhelmed by the ocean of empathy, shed many tears, and prayed God to spare the baby's life. She immediately intervened through sponsoring the baby's surgical treatment by the Neurosurgical Unit of the Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia. God has answered Mrs. Ikpeazu's prayer as Baby Favour Ndidi Obinna was discharged from the hospital today, after having been certified feat to be taken home by her parents, Mr & Mrs Obinna. Glory be to God for sparing this life. UNU, 19/07/2018.
