10 million Northern voters that have been voting Buhari since 2003. 5 million imported voters from Mali, Cameroon, Niger, Chad and Benin Republic. 4 million South West voters and 2 million South East and South
South any government in power (AGIP) lovers who cannot live without government money hence they cannot be in opposition. 2019 is going to be interesting.
