The guy is a pioneer. He is the kind of people Nigeria need to free itself from the very primitive state it's in at the moment to even 15 century Renaissance Europe state of minds. Forget about 21st century, let's start fundamentally and methodically from the earlier stage before we can catapult ourselves into the jet age.Understanding your environment, nature and all its wonderful attributes are keys to understanding oneself.

More grease to his elbow.

Are there no snakes under the rock? The fellow is just confused. Maybe the bad economy is making him go gaga!
Henry49 i hope you weren't referring to me as confused? 'cos only an educated illiterate will misunderstand an idiomatic expression. "Do you live under a rock" is an idiomatic expression connoting one that lives in seclusion where he/she make little or no contact with the outside world, don't take it literally

There are 3 types of education:
1. Academic Education: learning to read and write
2. Professional Education: Master's, Bsc
3. Financial Education: Make money, even when you're asleep.
I may not beat chest and tell you that I'm proficient in 1 & 2 above.
But, I''ll tell you that #3 above is my forte.
NOTE: The word "illiterate" is not a noun as you've wrongly used it: it's an adjective that qualifies the noun in front of it e.g illiterate person, illiterate farmer illiterate hunter.

Where in ibeju? Will i pass awoyaya?

Elerangbe, immediately after the bridge.
600k is even an old price, my agent is currently working on a deal for up to 12 plots @700k per plot.

It's a nice table land with survey and land receipts.
