That's how they were referring to the something we demolished. That man didn't comply with the rules. Some people are now saying because 'he is crippled', so if someone is cripple does that give him license to be disobeying the law. They said he employed people to work with him. Are we not having thieves that employ people? Should we say because armed robbers have employees we should now allow them to keep on stealing?
