If Nigeria restructured into provinces -
1) Northern Province
2) Middle Belt Province
3) Oduduwa Province
4) Eastern Province
5) Niger Delta Province (Atlantic)
Then Central Government at FCT.

10 positive things that would happen within 5 years
(primarily due to inter-province competition)

1. The first province to experience economic explosion would obviously be the Western Province. The Oduduwua Master plan will be revealed. There would be trans-regional 4g internet fiber connection/rail/subways/highways/power grids etc. Yoruba will become the 2nd official language. They are relatively united. They have oil. They own academia. They have mega corporations. The WP would be the first to have stable 24/7 power supply! Foreign money will flood the province. More Forbes recognized billionaires will arise. Some of them will be internet billionaires. Lagos will be relieved a little from overpopulation as railway lines from other states will make living elsewhere and working in Lagos a breeze.

2. The Northern Province will have stronger islamic laws. Sharia will be entrenched and this will make the NP become the least corrupt province. The middle east (Arab) nations will move in to partner with them, bringing major development. Jaiz bank and Unity Bank will become mega banks. Arabic and Hausa will compete with English for dominance in schools. This province will generate more solar power than any other province. After the west, this province will be the 2nd to have 24/7 electricity. They will start exporting food as a major revenue generator.

3. The Middle Belt Province will have a development conference. Focus will be given to solid minerals development/
exports, tourism development and food production/exports. This will become a food hub in West Africa. They will export more food than any other province. Mega mining and food corporations will arise. This province will have foreign inflows through tourism development greater than any other province. It will host the most beautiful places to live in Nigeria.

4. The Eastern Province will transform into the Auto Industry Hub of Africa. Indigenous manufacturing of vehicles that will start competing with foreign vehicles will commence in earnest. This will grow to manufacturing of airplanes, helicopters, tractors, cranes, heavy duty construction equipment etc. Forbes recognised billionaires living in Anambra will arise. The Biafra agitation will fizzle out since formation of the EP will be seen as a Biafra success in another form. There would be so much development that villages (as we currently know them) will quickly cease to exist. This province will be the first to semi-urbanize all their rural areas as all the Igbos living abroad will rush back to take advantage of the changes.

5. The Atlantic Province will take the Uyo blueprint and run with it. An abundance of oil wealth and opening up of major sea ports at Rivers and Uyo will enable this region to revamp their infrastructure quickly. There will be more monorails here than anywhere else. This will be the 3rd province to achieve 24/7 electricity generation in Nigeria (mainly from gas turbine technology).

6. With provincial indigenous security forces in control, kidnapping, Armed robbery, Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen and the Niger delta militancy attacks will all fizzle out. Nigeria will become the most secure and peaceful African nation; thus attracting more foreigners.

7. Each Province will have their own airline professionally managed. And with better roads/rail, air and land transport costs will crash.

8. With the rapid development occurring all over, Nigerias GDP will shoot up. Obtaining visas to travel out will become easy as more people will want to come in than go out. A worldwide immigration into Nigeria will commence, as Nigerians living abroad will be struggling with foreigners to enter the country. ''Nigeria will become the most desirable Nation to live in".

9. The central government at the FCT will become smaller and less powerful. There will be a mini-exodus from Abuja to the provinces as the action is now elsewhere. The outskirts of Abuja will no longer be heavily overpopulated. Abuja will become awesome again.

10. The 10th positive thing that would quickly happen positive idea.

Pls share for the sensitization of the benefits of Restructuring.

Nigeria must flourish again.

That is the issue with the Black race too much occultism. What I find is that every cult, just about all of them, want for their cult to become an empire. These people are very ambitious and very excessive, a cult will not allow progress unless they are at the helm and stand to benefit more materially than anyone else. This is how Marcus Garvey meet his end even though he was a part of the Freemasonry they stab him in the back because he was taking away their people of whom blood they sucked. Cults can stretch across ethnic groups and race so they have no loyalty to anything other their their occult faith.

What is restructuring?

Same people that joined the north to kill easterns when gowon broke the aburi accord will always be making noise everywhere in the name of restructuring.
What restructuring will be better than the one they agreed at ghana.

Nigeria is an empire and the richest African nation on Earth. There is more than enough room within this vast 190 million Africans, which is the largest population of Africans on Earth, over 400 ethnic groups, to focus on what is important for different regions. Nation building is an European concept. Africans built kingdoms and empires will thrive when they embrace their own original concepts.

Good idea.
But the issue is there are alot of Nigerians that won't recognize this, because of their hatred towards a party won't make them make the right choice anyway.

Like those two guys above me. Core-buharists would take this idea of restructuring as bulshit because they want buhari to rule again regardless the harm he has done in 3 years.

Buhari is not the problem in Nigeria its you people waiting on the politician to keep promises and enriching the pastors because you think Christ is coming to save you. What prevents you from saving 3000 Naira a month a 1000 of you? Using the money to start community projects in capital investment. Nigeria doesn't have enough money to support 190 million of you so this is conclusion has driven many to give up and hide under corruption. This giving up is the issue with Black people everywhere on the planet. Just not giving a damn and accepting whatever happens.

such a myopic and baseless assertion.

You mean we should be contributing money to bring our system to standard?

So what happened to the tax that we pay? The fund gotten by the government through selling of our oils and raw materials?

Mention one developed country that became great in economic, technologies and alot that pass the same procedure that you want us to get into?

The situation of our environment lies on the government whether bad or good.

We are fighting a spiritual war against Afrika, what part about that yall don't understand? Where is your sense of urgency in that matter?

There's not enough money in the money collected from taxes to feed, clothe, house and provide livelihood to all 190 million Nigerians. Everyone knows that and many have given up on good politics and settle for corruption. This isn't in Nigeria but all over the African world. We can't lift ourselves out without generosity. And we have no friends except our own.

did you know that FG has planned to spend 242billion naira on 2019's election?

A certain billion of naira for feeding police officers for only one day(2019 election day)

alot of wastage of funds on stupid things which let in controversies.

If our Government uses taxes, funds gotten from sales of oil (and other raw materials) well, it would have been a step ahead.

There are other Africa countries that are improving, take a look at kenya, ghana, south africa, egypt etc. They are already ahead.

They aren't communist countries. Their government is running the system that way.

Nigeria will never have enough money so you must do it on your own.

Angola. GDP: $129.785 billion. ...
Algeria. GDP: $219.453 billion. ...

South Africa. GDP: $341.216 billion. Foreign Exchange Reserve: $50.501 Billion. ...
Nigeria. GDP: $594.257 Billion. Foreign Exchange Reserve: $40.560 Billion.

South Africa/Gross domestic product

South Africa/Population
55.91 million (2016)

Nigeria/Gross domestic product
405.1 billion USD (2016)

Nigeria/Population
186 million (2016)

Its not corruption per say, although corruption is rampant in Nigeria, rather instead it is the amount of mouths to feed, amount of clothing needed, and the amount of housing that is needed. Nigeria is richer in terms of GDP yet Nigeria has greater population which is about 3 to almost 4 times that of South Africa. There's no way your government can ever meet the demand of competing with other nations that have smaller populations, especially European nations who are supported and protected by other more richer and wealthier European nations. Nigeria is a Black nation and as it stands is the richest Black nation on Earth yet is vastly overpopulated considering the amount of resources its government can convert into higher standard of living for its citizenry. You people refuse to muster generosity among yourselves by Saving Yo Naira and putting them into one pot that would maximize your GDP. In other words, too much money is going towards corruption, individual self grandizement and its on all levels of Nigerian society. Yet this reality is no different than all the Black societies on Earth who willingly bow down to European economic domination over Afrikans and Afrika.

you guys should stop saying trashes.

China didn't become great with that kind of proposal.

Chinese population is more than that of Nigeria, yet it is hundred steps ahead of Nigeria.

Even bringing China to contrast with Nigeria is like contrasting hill with mountain in terms of economic and population.

Contributing like communists would solve less.

It is all about how the Government use the funds they got plus how citizens manufacture foods and commodities..

China become rich because the Whiteman invested in China. Ever hear of Walmart? All of Walmart's goods are made in China. The White American rich man moved all his factories to Asia, mostly to China and that is the reason for their rise. Mind you now, the Chinese were willing to invest in the factories and enslave their people 12 hours a day and 6 days a week for all this to happen. All of them are Neanderthals Europeans and Asians. Africans are the only people 100% human deep in Sub Sahara Africa like Nigeria across to Uganda where the people are blackest of the black. You people are 100% melanin no mix with neanderthal. what you are implying is that we abolish capitalism and adopt communism.

That what you are saying?

Contributing to bring our system to standard won't bring about the development we need. We will do below par.

Bro walmart did little effort in bring china up, major improvement of economy in china was by the chineses.

They went into farming, diversified and used their funds well. They didn't contribute like communists nor did an european country or company came to their aid when their economy was below standard.

They built factories to produce cheaper versions of U.S manufactured products that they reversed engineered. They worked their people 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, and they didn't pay them much. grin To build an empire requires one of two things, slave labor or cheap labor.

Communism is a Whiteman's term. Stop defining what I am giving in those terms, I find it insulting, because you are not really paying attention to the details and therefore wasting this dialogue by preconceived notions.

Let me tell you in a story so you will understand.

President Museveni of Uganda has a brilliant plan to enrich Africans its called the 4 acre farming model. The breakdown is simple, a farmer has four acres in which he only farms cash crops. 1 acre for animals such as chickens, 1 acre for say beans, 1 acre for Cassava, and 1 acre for say Yams. All of these sell well on the market so now the farmer can produce enough to feed his family and get a profit. Yet the only issue is that farmers don't have money for equipment, money for seedlings and chickens, animals, etc. So this is where the generosity comes in at not communism. Raise the money amongst the community and use it for capital investment. If you ask the FG you know it has to go through the hands of politicians, ridiculous voting, red tape and greasy hands. Go around all that nonsense and restructure Nigeria economically through generosity. Besides the FG doesn't have the money to fund every farmer and there will be favorites, picks, and bribery and may end up another good idea corrupted by politics.

I fully understood your point.

You are saying the funds won't be enough.

And i say the Government should use the little funds well.

You keep insisting that we should contribute to enhance our economy.

I insist that they should first use the fund well.

If they are not using the funds well, we contribute the money and bring industries, Government would come again as tax collectors , milk you and spend the money on irrelevance. You can see that at that stage we will remain stagnant. I said it before, the problem won't be solved the way we want it.

But if Government uses the funds well, i said it before, we would be a step ahead, then if the fund Government got isn't enough, your proposal would be feasible.

The other alternative to your proposal is if Nigerians are being able to manufacture foods and commodities for within and outside, the Government have a lesser problem to solve. That is building more industries for this activity.

For Whatever labor chineses went through i don't care. The point remains that they didn't implement the kind of proposal of yours.
Are there not foreign companies in Nigeria? Don't use foreign companies as an excuse.

Humchi:

Europeans and Asians are both Neanderthals and Asian women quite frequently marry European men. This is crosses their already crossed bloodlines. Only the Europeans and Asians sit upon the National Security Council of the U.N. The Europeans shared the bomb only with Asians not Africans and other advanced military hardware too. As I've said the Chinese came up because the European invested heavily in their industrial factories. This is the reason China is in Africa now because the European would not invest in Africa only colonize, enslave and indebt via the IMF. I know the truth because my Hausa elder taught me this years ago when I was a teen.

The way out or solution as I've said is to keep two economies going, one tied to the world economy by the Nigerian government and a powerful and growing local economy tied to the people's generosity towards themselves. And once the local independent economy is equal or greater we change the game. We began demanding for higher prices, market value for African goods and natural resources. Trust me, I have had this figured a long time ago. We have no friends. The government is too focused on its own power to practice generosity. And there will always be those who aren't happy with the system of justice and fairplay for all. Face it there's just some Africans like that and I don't encourage us fighting among ourselves which what politics creates rivalry.
