Why We Shutdown APC Secretariat - Police by Orevastar5(m): 1:02pm On Sep 19, 2018
The police in Taraba State on Tuesday said they shut the secretariat of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state to prevent further breakdown of law and order.

The Commissioner of Police in the state, David Akinremi, told Punch in Jalingo, the state capital that the command took the decision following weekend’s violent clash between factional groups of the ruling party.

He said, “You are aware of the violent clash between the supporters of El-Suldi who was sworn in Abuja as the State Chairman of the party and the other faction who called themselves authentic Exco of the party.

“El-Suldi, who was sworn in Abuja, came in last Friday and attempted to take over the secretariat, and of course there was resistance from the other faction.

“Hoodlums then hijacked the situation and caused a breach of peace. So, to avoid a repeat of that, we have to seal the place,” he said.

The APC are known as law breakers, the like violence, its not their faulth dough, when you have someone Oshiomhole as the party chairman what else do you expect from his followers, i wish the APC secretariat will not be reopened by the policemen, the APC deserves more than just locking up their secretariat in Taraba state.
