A seller named James from Nashville seems to think so from his Craigslist advert

Peugeot has been banned from the USA since the early 1990s, so perhaps the novelty factor had James convinced that the vehicle was worth 13,000 USD.

The 504 is notorious for being tough and tenacious and lasted for decades.

This one was listed as a 3 Speed Automatic Diesel with 69 HP and 43,000 miles on the odometer.

The ad claimed the AC may just need a "little recharge".

Apparently it's not only our people that add the "ac needs gas" remark.

Peugeot banned in the US? Not sure about that. The company simply stopped selling cars in the US due to poor sales occasioned by the invasion of the market by (better) Japanese products.

Whoever is buying this is doing so because this a classic. And I believe given history, it is worth that. You are not paying for performance and comfort, you are buying a piece of automotive history.
