It's simple na. D person will withdraw form the race and d party will, in return, submit his name for d elections.

Thanks for the clarification. I know he was their leader.

He was Yaradua’s protégée and on his death, Atiku inherited the Northern structure which later merged with the Southern group led by the likes of Alex Ekwueme to form the PDM which later morphed into the PDP. Sadly, the PDP was hijacked and the rest as they say, is history.

Atiku did not form PDM. PDM was formed by late General Musa Yaradua. it comprised of politicians like Bola Tinubu, Yomi Edu, Chuba Okadigbo of late memory and more. After the death of General Yaradua he assumed Leadership, since he was their candidate during the SDP primaries

Shehu Musa Yaradua formed the PDM. The most powerful political marchinery in Nigeria ever. That's why OBJ picked Atiku in 1999. Atiku was the most closest to shehu musa yaradu, even more closer than his brother umaru that later became President. APC are in deep shi.t.
