Attention Lawyer and other moderators, Can I make a suggestion that you consider splitting the Properties Section into two sub-sections - one for property sales/letting threads and another for building construction threads e.g. those by spyder, oluwa champion, ytechconstruct and others. The sales/lettings threads are far too many and very distracting for those of us interested in the building/construction threads. It would be neater to separate them. To get to a building/construction thread, one has to wade through hundreds of sales/lettings threads. Please consider my humble suggestion. |

Cost of building a 4 bedroom duplex and 2 units of 3 bedroom flats makogi ogun Hi all please am new to this site but i have taken so much interest in reading alot of post here. Pls i need some honest advice and possible help. I have a project in Nigeria now about to deck but the guy handling the project ig becoming funny in prices. I paid about =N=3.3m alone for foundation work now about to deck he gave a quotation for =N=5.1M. The most annoying of all he said omonile now asking for =N=200k before decking, at foundation level i gave him =N=100k. Please can anyone offer a genuine help or advice. |
