6. I will revive our refineries in my first year as president
7. I will crush Boko Haram in my first 3 months as president
8. There will be 3 million jobs every year
9. I will stop government officials from seeking medical care abroad
10. I will make N1 = $1

Electricity provision will always be sabotaged because of people who make jillions from sales of alternate power, but then about 3 power plants are being built whereas others are being upgraded, look for info on that you will find it


And for your second point , Buhari decommissioned i think 2 Presidential jets it was placed on sale but i do not know if anybody has bought it yet or not as of March 10th this year, nobody has shown interest in the 7B price tag
