Actually bro we can do everything but our problem is that nobody wants to fund research.

The higher institutions are the key to making a headway on things like this but nobody, not even government is funding them.

Aba for example is a place filled with lots of talents, these people can replicate anything in just a short time but the high cost of things is making them use substandard materials.
Give them funding and see how we will start developing things ourselves.

If only there will be a government that will value regional prowess I don't think we will be here today.
