Interview was in 4 stages. I met with HR staff who asked basic interview questions;then line mgrs who asked technical questions based on my present job role; then met thier consultant from France and later did an online test.

does anybody has idea how many candidates actually were invited to write d test on 27th July 2010, for position of staff acctants or cost controllers? Also, how many staff acctants and how many cost controllers do they really need, so we cn do a little maths to see if there's still hope for 2nd invite otherwise we proceed on our other endeavours.

@anybabe, the online test just had sentences and U had to indicate the most likely and least likely ones that describe your behaviour
@fortune444 all I was told was that medicals would take place in september after a presentation

Rotwale and Yemtech, i understand you both are my colleagues for Accountant-staff accts positions. pls lets do ourselves a great favour by informing ourselves when any of us is invited for a second test, since Total has chosen a silent path for unsuccessful applicants. I believe this will go a long way to stem the Tide of over-anxiety.

Please is ayone aware if Total has called for the well site geologist.

it seems to be taking so much time, when others are going ahead with presentations and interviews
