**Power/Massive Industrialazation**
1. Expand power capacity to 24,000 MW from current levels of 7,000 MW
2. Expand Nigeria’s energy mix to include solar, wind, biogas and coal
3. Decentralize power infrastructure development

**Infrastructure**
1. Build 200,000 km of new roads - doubling Nigeria’s current levels
2. Build 3700 km of new rail system to enhance connection to markets and regions
3. Build 17 million new homes by providing 20-30 year mortgage support to Nigerian households
4. Build 3.4 billion gallons per day of new drinking water and sewage capacity

**Corruption**
1. Pursue the anti-corruption fight with vigor and strengthen speed of prosecutions
2. Strengthen whistle blower policy
3. Push for life ban of convicted corrupt officials from politics
4. Strip all convicted corrupt officials of national honors

**Economy & Job Creation**
1. Create 5 million new jobs reducing unemployment by about 30% from current levels of 18 million
2. 774,000 agricultural sector jobs by training and enabling 1,000 youth entrepreneurs in each of the 774 LGAs
3. 160,000 new primary healthcare jobs - 200 in each local government
4. 200,000 new teaching jobs for young graduates
5. 250,000 new jobs in commercial ranches linked to resolution of Farmer - Herdsmen crisis
6. 200,000 new teaching jobs across the country
7. Pay all federal workers a minimum wage of N100k per month - about 600,00 of the almost 900,000 federal workers will be affected
8. Pay all youth corpers a minimum wage of N50k/ month during the service year
9. Facilitate access to affordable loans for entrepreneurs and business persons
10. Creation of a bureau reporting to the presidency to support and advocate for small businesses
11. Promote growth of world class information technology sector through creation of innovation hubs with preferential access to power, people and enabling policy

**Restructuring**
1. Create presidential committee to harmonize reports from constitutional conferences held in the last 40 years
2. Support restructuring proposals that a) devolves power to the states and local governments b) allows local units to keep more of the resources generated in their regions c) recognizes the need for community based policing and law enforcement
3. Place harmonized positions before the Nigerian people in a referendum

**Healthcare**
1. Expand primary healthcare resources with 160,000 new personnel across 774 LGAs
2. Expand health insurance scheme coverage to allow minimum N2,000 basic coverage for all Nigerians - allowing access to up to N40,000 of health care
3. Enhance private public partnerships in health care delivery at community level

**Education**
1. 200,000 new teachers at primary and secondary level
2. Increase funding for research in agriculture, IT, engineering and sciences
3. Integration of almajirai schools in the north into the formal educational sector
4. Enforce minimum standards for resources, teacher quality and curriculum standardization across all primary and secondary schools
