Even talking from the perspective of merit, PMB has done well for the SW , with far less resources at his disposal, in comparison to GEJ and the PDP who enjoyed the greatest income Nigeria had seen since independence because of oil staying at over $100 per barrel for a long time while it was around $35 per barrel when Buhari became President.
