President Buhari has again declined assent to the amended Electoral Bill by the National Assembly, for the fourth time.

Ita Enang, Senior Special Assistant to the President (Senate) on National Assembly Matters, disclosed this to state house reporters on Friday.

According to him, the president has communicated his decision to the National Assembly.

He, however, said the president has assented to the amendment made to the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Act, which will make it operate like other conventional universities in the country.
