The paragraph you quoted was saraki contradicting himself and end up in a state of ambiguity.

He made zefo sense and to say revenue is not being matched with results is just plain silly, lying and disingenuous because we can see all the projects his party abandoned all over Nigeria getting completed while the same saraki you labeled smart is owing his own NASS members months worth of salary despite the huge NASS Budget he's sitting on. Obviously, they've looted the poor people's salary per PDP looting and stealing PDP tradition.
