nonsense what progress has Lagos made under Tinubu in 19 years when 70 percent of Lagosian still live on untarred streets, 99 percent have no access to potable water , 80 percent have no access to a proper toilet and still shot in polybags.., 90 percent of the city remains unplanned, 60 percent of available roads don't have lighting ...
