Osibanjo is the current vice president. He is masking his campaign under official government work.

When osibanjo was running as VP in 2015, he did all his campaign in Lagos, in BRT and door to door.
He never did anything in the east or south south alone, because it is buhari's job as presidential candidate to lead the way.

Though, you are not totally wrong. We can't use the same mentality for both cases.

Lagos is a metropolis. Campaigning in Lagos is like campaigning in the entire Nigeria at a glance.

Atiku released a 168 page policy document. Buhari has not released a single document. Atiku should have an edge once everybody in the grassroot get a copy of this document. I dont think he needs to be in people face. Correct?
