If Amaechi is acting like a bastard ( which I absolutely disagree with) What would you say about Jonathan with all the powers?
I believe this project is part of a larger plan to link the country by rail. One step at a time.

Goatluck Jonathan has built and commissioned it. Now, get this into your head, if you don't vote Sai Baba next year, do not expect any infrastructure. Politics is investment, if you invest 5% vote, you will get 5% infrastructure. By next year, we will start the Lagos-Ijebu-Ore-Benin Railway. No infrastructure will be built in the South-East if you don't vote Buhari and by 2023, Presidency will go to the South-West, if you like you can all go and join Cameroon.

The project is waiting for funding. It's done in stages and will be done. First that needed to conducted was Environmental impact assessment.

What if Buhari doesn't win?? And even if you don't do the railway, who does it affect most??

just say fg does not have money to build a new rail line than to be telling fruitless lies about election votes.
if the fg like build it and if it doesn't like don't build it.at the end the fg will be the one running helter, skelter trying to paint black white to foreign investors
