From the onset, I criticized the faulty business model of depending on winning the rights to EPL every time bidding was on. It was only going to be a matter of time before the faulty foundation crumbles. DSTV was waiting in the wings. Goodbye HITV. I hope other local entrepeurs will learn from this unreasonable business model. Not everyone loves football. I am spoilt for choice on DSTV Compact bouquet as HITV had nothing other than football to offer. |
