I laugh when i see stupiid posts like this. Is the south developed? Can any southern state be compared with any American, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, British, German, turkish, Saudi or Israeli state? Can you mention any state that could stand up to that of any developed nation? If not then i am sorry to say that you are as undeveloped, uneducated, ignorant and primitive as the northerners.
