It is both incest and adultery. Look up the definition of adultery, it doesn't say having sex with ppl other than ur kids. It simply says having relations with someone who isn't ur spouse. He is guilty of both

Adultery is a voluntary sexual activity (as sexual intercourse) between a married man and someone other than his wife or between a married woman and someone other than her husband.
Jesus extended the definition of adultery to include sexual relationship between a married man and a woman other than his wife ( see Mark 10:11-12, Luke 16:18 for details). Other New Testament teachings also understand it that way (1 Corinthians 6:15-16, 1 Corinthians 7:2 ). Therefore, for Christians, adultery is the sin of a married man having sexual relations with anyone other than his wife or a married woman having sexual relations with anyone other than her husband.
An Incest is human sexual activity between family members or close relatives. This typically includes sexual activity between people in consanguinity (blood relations), and sometimes those related by affinity (marriage or stepfamily), adoption, clan, or lineage.
Hence from the above definitions adultery and incest are not the same. The crime committed is incest hence the accused should pay for his crime. Coming to biblical teachings, the scriptures doesn't permit a married man or woman to divorce based on incest as the only ground for divorce is adultery ( see Mark 10:11-12). The preacher to some extent go it right on the issue of divorce hence the accused's wife should just separate from her husband based on biblical teachings. She and her husband sworn an oath before God and man in church hence they should abide by biblical teachings however if the couple got married through court or had just traditional wedding other options can be applied. It is very easy to organize weddings but many are blind to understand what it takes. The preachers advice on deliverance is unnecessary. Let the accused pay for his crime. Advising the wife to divorce based on incest isn't scriptural at all.

Hmmm.....this sounds familiar.... the Catholic Church is falling apart because they sheltered and protected pedophiles....... this church is following in their footsteps. The father needs to be reported and investigated. He is a pedophile, period. If he is preying on his own children....then most likely he is doing the same to other minor family members and those in the community. He need to be investigated....and made to confess....by any means necessary. The pastor as well.
