Onnoghen Himself without coercion declared that He forgot to include assets worth billions in his declaration. That is enough evidence for him to resign willingly in a sane society because it is a shame for a Whole CJN, enforcer of law to be claiming ignorance or the law, his failure or ignorance is a breach of law

That is an open door for EFFC ICPC to start probing his source of wealth, but Onnoghen wanted to avoid that by postponing till indefinitely the NJC meeting that should have determine his fate. And by the way Onnoghen a sitting cannot be tried while still holding his position. the only thing to be done is to suspend him, strip that position from him so he can be summoned under a judge.

correct me if am wrong -but he would need to admit to this omission in a competent court of law...he can't just 'admit' his wrong doing on the streets or in his house.

CCT is responsible for asset declaration so he MUST present himself before them and then settle this case -but he refused and not only that he also deliberately shut down the NJC.
