Trash.
Without or without a certificate, Buhari has done what your PDP and Goodluck Jonathan who owns a PhD, couldn't do in 16 years.
It's Buhari all the way. grin

That is what I'm making you understand, what has that got to do with the president? He wasn't the one in the video and he's not the one to prosecute him as long as Ganduje is still in office, neither can EFCC go after him. Those who should do that are the state house of assembly after which EFCC can now come in

Must everything be about tribe and religion? Dasuki and El zazkazzy has been under detention for years now are they christian from the south?

Is that what they call detention?

You call it detention, I call it 'out of the public sphere'

Abeg, detention where they feed somebody with #3.5million monthly, is that one detention?

Detention where people go and become fatter in flesh when they get back, is that one detention?

Even if someone is eating one live cow everyday for one month, it still wouldn't cost up to 3.5mil

Who knows how much they use in feeding Dasuki monthly..

This country's detention is a scam except when it involves common citizens

Talk about other people but leave those ones out abeg

Onos should go face his trial at the CCT which will now resume sitting since the appeal was unsuccessful.

I still do not understand why a criminal who has been caught red handed will be grandstanding rather than apologizing profusely and begging for mercy?

Could it be that he "forgot" how to apologize or wants to learn what it means to be a convict that is incarcerated in jail?

He has brought great shame to his family, all for the lure of filthy lucre.

While not holding brief for Onnoghen, I believe the case against him at the Code of Conduct Tribunal will not stand and he will be discharged and acquitted
REASON: A look into the Act establishing the Code of Conduct Bureau and Code of Conduct Tribunal states among others

Section 3 of the CODE OF CONDUCT BUREAU AND TRIBUNAL ACT 3. Functions of the Bureau The functions of the Bureau shall be to-
(a) receive assets declarations by public officers in accordance with the provisions of this Act;
(b) examine the assets declarations and ensure that they comply with the requirements of this Act and of any law for the time being in force; (c) take and retain custody of such assets declarations; and
(d) receive complaints about non-compliance with or breach of this Act and where the Bureau considers it necessary to do so, refer such complaints to the Code of Conduct Tribunal established by section 20 of this Act in accordance with the provisions of sections 20 to 25 of this Act:

Provided that where the person concerned makes a written admission of such breach or non-compliance, no reference to the Tribunal shall be necessary

Let him go and proof is how he forgot to declear his bank account with that kind of huge amount in it.

Onoghen is already a goner no doubt.

But should not be denied his right to fair trial

He should save the nation that "fair trial". He should save the judiciary the little modicum of honor left. He should simply resign and take the heat away from the judiciary

Ganduje is covered by immunity, while the former SGF is currently facing trial.

FYI, Jonathan defeated Buhari at Supreme court that was dominated by Muslims Northern judges. In fact, in 2011, Kutugi, the then CJN, a Northerner and Muslim, saved GEJ election by voting in his favour against Buhari after 6 other judges had votes 3 - 3 for and against cancellation of 2011 Presidential elections results.

Those who complain about nepotism and bias are more or less saying what they do and will do if and when in that position.
