I don't think he has dip immunity and even if he does, Naija can waive it so that he can stand trial, we are only jumping into conclusion here as to whether he has anything to do with the lady's death

I must say that I am not a fan of Orji Kalu, the enemy of Biafran aspiration, but you have to feel sad that Nigerians and their stone age media still live in the 15th century where rumours are the order of the day despite the overflowing information age that we live, if you are to listen to them since this news broke.

Irrespective of Nigerian obsession with religion, the average Nigerian mental morality and warped way of thinking when it comes to a man and woman relationship, left much to be desired. An average Nigerian don't think that a man and a woman can be in the same room without being on top of each other. That every woman, especially, an unmarried one is an open game to be played in their mental minds sets.

Kalu should thank his luck stars, if the official autopsy confirms this as natural causes, if not he will be docked by accusation of murder, ritual and all sorts, had it been that it was in Nigeria it happened, irrespective of any autopsy report to the contrary.
Based on personal experience, many Nigerians are just walking corpse, even among those living in developed countries, as they hardly check up their health situations. Many Nigerians still think that being fat is an evidence of good living. Someone with a history of cardiac condition and at the same time being hypertensive as this lady (Ms Chinwe Ogbonna), should never touch any alcohol at all, let alone Guinness stout.

A very little alcohol intake for a person with that kind of conditions, couple with slight weight condition can easily trigger a cardiac arrest, which I suspect might have killed this lady.

I have met so many Nigerian that came in for some orthopaedic procedure, only to end up having an open heart surgery days later because by accident they are found to be living with some severe heart condition that required an immediate surgery, which can cause them to drop dead any second if corrected and they had been wandering around all their lives with it without knowing based on chance, until something happens and then you feel sorry for the unfortunate person that had shared drink or food last with the deceased, who will be accused of killing the person, if its to happen in Nigeria. A theory that will even be shared among the so called educated class too.
