the owner of the voice is right there at the venue of the arrest and an indigene of kwara and as kwara is, the notable political figures are known and this person identified the man arrested. in fact he wasnt the only one who identified him as the video revealed and you who happens not to be at the scene is disputing this from your location.

Being at the scene of arrest and merging of an identity is something that could happen... I could be there and have few friends with me shout 'Ah! This is the elder brother of an Apc stalwart' and it is on tape. . . I would have believed if an identity card was shown or if the police men would state his identity not just drawing conclusion from a faceless person talking in the background
