If APC appeals this judgement they will still lose.

Never. APC will win this case. The tribunal just sets PDP candidate up to waste more money at Appeal and supreme courts to fail because INEC as umpire has constitutional rights to conduct and cancel elections where it deems or infractions are identified. No courts in Nigeria can void that right.

don't celebrate yet...wike election was annulled by both tribunal and court of appeal.....but supreme court declared him winner

supreme court relied on our constitution in rivers case.

It ruled that the Nigerian constitution being the highest law in the land does not recognise card reader and as such the lower courts erred by cancelling elections based on card reader.

In this Adelekes case the supreme court will also rule that the constitution is the highest law in the land which supersedes any other law eg INEC / electoral act law etc.

Constitution does not recognise supplementary elections...

Exactly what the osun tribunal ruled.

The truth is there are many lapses in the constitution and until it is amended it remains the highest law of the land.
