The APC in Osun is plain silly.

The Tribunal judgement restored the mandate of PDP as a party, not Adeleke as a person.

If at the end PDP wins the case until Supreme Court, and Adeleke's disqualification is also upheld until the Supreme Court, the simple thing that will happen is that the person that came second in PDP primaries will assume PDP's mandate.

So, APC should stop masturbating because there's no way this is benefiting their stinking a$$.
sorry sir,it is not true.the court Will hold that they have no candidates in the election so the runner up would take over.

It's a pity you had to expose your ignorance to the public by yourself.

If you are regular on Nairaland, you must have read the news of how court sacked Senator Nwaobashi in Delta state and ruled that Ned Nwoko is the validly nominated candidate of the PDP and consequently, he should assume PDP's mandate for that senatorial district.

Now, why did the court not rule that the Runner up in that election be given certificate of return?

Need I remind you that when you collect your ballot paper, what you see there are party logos and not pictures of candidates.

Again in Kogi when Audu Abubakar died, why didn't INEC declare Idris Wada as winner because he was runner up?

You need to read more so you won't appear to be embarrassing your generation.

In your mind now, you are a genius and have pointed out something that APC doesn't know. Clap for yourself for being so brilliant. SO which idiots are you breaking this down to? APC has SANs handling their cases and they are aware of every detail these entails. It is of great benefit to us in Osun because we don't want riffraff in the state house.

The pain is sifia. I understand.

Just tell your APC to buy judgement at the appeal/supreme court or threaten the judge with non-declaration of assets so that judgement will be favourable to them.

If not APC will be booted out of Osun Govt house; Adeleke or no Adeleke.

The most important thing is that PDP flag is hoisted in Osun govt house.

Ciao

If WAEC confirmed that he sat for the exam irrespective of his grades or number of subject he wrote, then the judgment will be upturn by the appeal. But if he presented a forged result then he should prepare to go to jail.

REVENGE is what i view this matter to be remember aregbesola(apc) case against oyinlola(pdp) during oyinlola second term
Though aregbe later won the case but unfortunately it was at the dying minute(the term is almost over) so aregberola doesnt get the post
So its apc turn against pdp.

It seems the writer is not conversant with law, so far adeleke has appeal against the court decision, means the tribunal will continues as if nothing happens. Therefore adeleke can still the governor.

. oohhh. am just seeing this. cases are judged based on facts young man.in all d cases you cited,d issue are different from this.here it is stated that he forged d certificate presented to Inec.all the ones you cited had to do with the rightful candidates in their respective parties but this has to do with no qualification of d candidate presented by PDP.in other words PDP presented a non qualified candidate cos he allegedly forged his certificate.know that cases are judged by facts and case A can be different from B even when they may look similar ( before an ignorant like you) u need to be properly educated on this.

Can you cite an instance to your claim?

An instance where a party was denied it's validly won election because it's candidate wasn't academically qualified?
