I don't understand how a governor will commission primary school.

A block of Classrooms with less than 100 pupils has turned to a multi-million naira project and at the same time a primary school. Na wa o for Sen. Okowa sha. Delta is PDP and PDP is Delta. The Road master. If you understand what I mean. I weep for Delta State.

Project was done by owner of Ebeano supermarket. Stop jumping into conclusion without reading.

Besides if the individual put 3m there it's multimillion Naira project

The school was built by an indigene of that area.. I served there!!. They did not even mention the man's name sef
