The first 2 pix, the boy was in the same house. It's obviously the same boy, if he was rescued in the second pix, why wasn't his environment changed? the 3rd pix, the child looks darker and shorter. Maybe it's the camera angle though but he's obviously in a better environment, I'm not sure it's the same kid but kudos to all the great humanitarians helping babies like these
