More revelations show that Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa was also mentioned in a secret memo submitted to President Buhari by the Directorate of State Services (DSS). In that memo, the DSS described Justice Bulkachuwa as “incurably corrupt”.

‪The DSS in that secret memo to President Buhari also accused Justice Bulkachuwa of engaging in bribery and taking kickbacks from judges she assigned to lucrative and juicy cases.

“‪Justice Bulkachuwa is an interested Party, accused of corruption and is therefore not competent to chair the 2019 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal. She should recuse herself immediately as her membership of the panel will render the panel invalid, biased and partisan”, a source at the Appeal Court told our correspondent under the condition of anonymity.

Atiku already in panic mode. PDP knows that they lost, so all they want is cast doubt on everything, create anarchy and confusion.

How can a woman whose husband is a card carrying member of APC and also a Senator-elect render an impartial judgement? Besides, the SSS which is control by the Presidency has already said she is very corrupt. They can use this to blackmail her. So, it will be honorable for Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa to rescue herself from the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal so that the tribunal will not be tainted.

Most of our judges are complicit in matters of corruption as its no secret that their stupendous wealth does not tally with their pay packet when subjected to rigorous scrutiny.

Most lack scruples and will not flinch in delivering a "cash and carry judgement" if adequately mobilized.

I sometimes wonder where we imbibed this penchant for wealth and riches that can not be consumed in 10 lifetimes of the holder.

I have never found a genuinely honest Fulani man or woman that can stand up for what is just and right of all Nigerians. Never, since my 95years research... !

They are extremely corrupt and hypocritical in all their dealings.

the same way u won't expect justice mary odili to give an impartial judgement whose husband is a strong card carrying member of PDP. This continues to prove my theory right that Apc=Pdp and Pdp=Apc. There is nothing Apc is doing now that Pdp has not done before. Apc is building on the evil foundation laid by PDP.
