Concerning the glo 150mb package, I have 3 questions: 1. Does it browse at 3G speed (3.4mbps downloads) when using smartphones like the Nokia e71? 2. Using the glo service, can I browse on my PC with my phone as modem (via bluetooth)? 3. Does glo's browsing work with opera mini? Please advise, anyone. |

Thespecialone: Very slow thing!! I had to dump my data card & opt for Etisalat & Zoom mobile. Really, Internet shoudnt be our problem again in Nigeria, its should be free or almost free like in developed countries. It really frustrating to see slow links dis days!! |

This is good News. MTN still has the widest 3g coverage in Nigeria but their expensive data plans discouraged many. So with the introduction of cheaper plans, many can now stay connected with their mobile devices. |

Re: Mtn's New Internet Bundle Tariffs by obitobe: 10:28pm On Sep 25, 2010 |
I am not here to make jest of you guys but i personally feel this telecommunication companies are totally ripping you guys off and i wipe that our so call NCC is not doing anything about it. imagine someone is here rejoicing that he pays N5000 for 1.5G and someone also saying that he pays N10,000 for 5G or 15G, man this is what i call total ripe off. Over here i pay 5pounds for 3G and converting that to naira its N1250 @ N250 and my network still offers 15G for 15pounds, am not here to do any comparison but it so bad that this networks are ripping Nigerians off their hard earned money all in the name of offering them poor services. I guess NCC should better look into this.THIS IS SO SAD. |

My MTN sim has already taken it's place in a small phone where I only recieve calls and send texts. They are a bunch of Sadists. Etisalat is where I am now and I think I'm cool with that. 5k per sec and they think they are helping us. BULL SHIT. They are all here to have a good annual financial statement, |

MTN is quite fast and the coverage is extensive but their tariffs are simply impossible; ETISALAT remains the best option but coverage is poor. |

But, really. Out of human decency, since mtn drew that much blood wit their call rates, they ought to provide us a bucket into which we can bleed. But for browsing, l wont beg, l wont negotiate. W.E. M.U.S.T CONTINUE TO B.R.O.W.S.E FR3 instead |
