I saw this building during this Easter period, I was amazed by the speed with which work was going on there. Recently, many quacks has taken over the job of storey buildings in onitsha, years back, it was hard to hear buildings collapsing when competent engineers were handling building projects. Now, many quacks has taken over with their greed, cutting corners just to satisfy their selfish desires. You see bad jobs all over the places
