Kaduna state Library On paper, this library has been renovated and the 2017 budget of the state even captured it. But in reality, this is the library today. It was said to have been renovated in 2018 but this is the state of the library now.

That an item is captured on a budget does not mean funds has been released for it. You need to also show that funds has actually been released for the renovation before we conclude there has been a fraud. |

This is so pathetic! Unfortunately, Nigerians will not hold their governors accountable. All they do is to shout Buhari this, Buhari that! Whether they share kerosene, donate wheelbarrows, share transistor radio, they care less in so far Buhari is there to heap the blames on. IMO, governors have contributed more to the underdevelopment of Nigeria than the Presidency sef. |
