So next time, try and get to know the other party's point of view before showing your hatre.d off. Nothing in my post justify you calling myself and others dumb head. You made sense up there, but you had to type something so low and stupi.d at the end which ended up spoiling everything else.

If I wanted to be like you, I would have replied you with something slurring also, but I have nothing to gain.

Why not take your grievances to the company you did business with. Did she make it public when she contacted them to design the interior of her house out?
