The reason for the high rate of kidnappers in Nigeria, Nigeria police take note of the reason. The reason is because nigeria in the need 5 years would not carry cash. The use of credit card would be more.  So people would not have money. And arm robbers would not be able to rob you.

If they come to your house, you would have no money.  So the nigeria police should prepare for high rate of kidnapper in the nigeria society. Not only in the east but all over nigeria. There would be no physical cash to carry. I have not carry cash for moe than 10 years. so how would arm robbers rob you.

solution to kidnapping.
Use of GSM
USE of tracking devices.
Put name on children.
Buy cell phone for your children to know where they are all the time.
Use of mark money by the police to pay kidnappers. This way, the nigeria police pays the ransome money. And with the mark money. You can retrack where the money comes from.
