To me, I see FG's move as IGG- initial gra gra. Labour is equally not tackling the primary 'woes', which is inflation.
Why not start from regularizing workers payments at the end of the month first before diving into increment.
Also, I expect them to work on stemming inflation growth rate alongside the increment if not, the money will be valueless at the end of the day. They're just taking people for granted and acting clueless but I believed they know what they're doing cos they pay themselves fat salaries and allowances.
