Problem is most of the clients insist on wrong practices like this. And yes, mostly ladies.

Sometimes, they insist on you helping them to do simple moves, or for some motivation or many other personal goal reasons.

Advice is NEVER COMPROMISE SELF DISCIPLINE IN YOUR WORK PLACE even as a fitness or gym instructor.

WOW! I am a fitness fanatic and I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and have been doing so for at least the past 20 years. I can say without equivocation that in all my years of working out, that I have never seen a routine like what this video depicts. The question I have is what was the purpose of that butt punching routine? What was the fitness instructor trying to achieve for his client? If the lady wanted to build her butt, she could do deadlifts, barbell squats, hip extension, lunges, etc. But punching her ass like he was doing does not do much but make her ass sore.
