A Nigerian billionaire identified as Alhaji Seidi Dantata has flown helicopter to work in order to beat traffic, Igbere TV reports.

Dantata is the Chairman and Managing Director of MRS Group, operators of MRS Oil and Gas and dealers in PMS related products across the country.

This comes barely 48 hours after a video of another Nigerian flying helicopter to beat traffic surfaced on the internet.

Igbere TV had reported on how a lady, according to eyewitnesses, got picked on the ever-busy Benin-Lagos expressway after getting stranded in traffic for at least two hours.

In a video obtained by Igbere TV on Tuesday, staff of MRS Group were seen hailing their boss who arrived with the helicopter in grand style.

Findings by Igbere TV revealed that Dantata recently acquired the chopper at a whooping sum of $2m.

“See my Chairman, CEO, the only CEO, him don tata”, one of the workers was seen chanting in the video.

Meanwhile, Igbere TV had earlier reported that, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) says it has begun a full-scale investigation to ascertain the viral video of the helicopter that landed on the Benin-Ore expressway.

The General Manager, Public Affairs, NCAA, Sam Adurogboye, confirmed the development in a statement made available to Igbere TV in Lagos on Tuesday.

People have been flown in helicopters for decades to get them around obstacles and barriers. In this regard road traffic will be considered a barrier.

Chief S.L. Edu did this many times in the 80s.
