Do try and get ibrufen tablets (possibly Rexiflin)..it's a 400mg in one tablet...it relieves you of the Pain 89% of the time...

Or you ask a pharmacy to give you "Touch and Go" for toothache...

What can be done for receding gum and cracked tooth?

Foods that promote demineralization: foods rich in sugars: cookies, cakes, candy etc; foods rich in phytic acid: wheat, beans, soybeans etc;
Acidic foods and drinks: soda, grape, lime, Alcohol etc.

For the receding gum, you will have to visit a dentist to address the cause: In most cases, it might due to accumulation of dirts, referred to as plaque and calculus or habits such as use of hard toothbrush, toothpicks etc. Please note, once gum recedes, it doesn't go back to its original position. However, there are surgical procedures that can be done to reposition it.

Use antibiotics quickly. It eases the pain..that's what I do now...it kills the bacteria and the infection goes which leaves you pain free

Avoid sugar...simple.
Practice good oral hygiene

Start oil pulling with coconut oil and make sure you brush twice daily
Best still get PAX HERBAL Bitters and use but still brush twice daily
Stay away from process foods and you will be all good
DONT ever for any reason remove your teeth

Pls, if someone has bleeding gum and a painful tooth(molar) right at the same spot, what's the remedy for that?
