So many news always make headlines everyday either due to political/social upheavals or criminal activities, while others maybe due to other factors.
I have read/heard/watch different news both on nairaland nd on media, and having critical analysed the issue, i came up with 10 best and 10 worst states in terms of ranking in relative peace :
BEST STATES (most peaceful):
1. Ebonyi
2. Katsina
3. Cross River
4. Taraba
5. Benue
6. Nassarawa
7. Kogi
8. Kwara
9. Niger
10. Akwa Ibom

WORST STATE(less peaceful):
10. Zamfara
9. Ogun
8. Oyo
7. Rivers
6. Borno
5. Edo
4. Lagos
3. Plateau

is the most peaceful state in Nigeria.
Anambra should be in the top 10 less
peaceful states because of Armed robbery activities.

I'm seriously finding it hard to see how you came up with that list without having a credible crime rate statistics
