Who owns the courts? Is it not the same man that still controls the National Assembly? Let's not deceive ourselves, the court couldn't have ruled otherwise. Where has herdsmen ever formed and named a militant group and made violent protests causing loss of life and properties? Herdsmen perform an economic function - which is to breed and rear cattle. In much the same way farmers perform the economic function of farming and supplying crops for food. To label herdsmen terrorist is as ridiculous as labelling farmers terrorists.
