it is mandatory for any sitting president to be present in any passing out ceremony of a nation military college or defence academy.

Just close to his Presidential Campaign office.

Does it mean our President is now a graduate?

One thing that makes me like military is occasion like this. Everything will be organized, no rowdiness, everyone knows his position and where to sit.

I too love orderliness and discipline but I can't join military, may be one of my children will like it if there are improvements in welfare of our forces.

Defence we no get. So why participate. Lol
