It is shameful to say the least. Must the V.P be doing this. They don't have agencies responsible for this?
The cabal may have something against the V.P, 'cos I know he is helpless.

This Govt dey try for the poor.

I like this bottom - Up approach than the top-trickle down approach of the PDP where it is assumed that once few individuals have the money and acquired private jets, it will somehow trickle down to the rest of the populace.

That approach ensures that the gap between the poor and the rich was widening. But the Buhari / APC approach is set to bridge that gap.

N10K is a Loan scheme. The woman in the video actually acknowledged that she has repaid her N10K loan and has now qualified for N15K. This is called building your credit history. You get small loan and as you continue to pay back your debt, you qualify for higher Loan. This scheme is for small business owner and petty traders. The amount increases until you grow to a medium scale business owner (Market moni).
Unlike the PDP old days of chop and quench. This is actually a better system.

One day now, this one will come out as a contestant for president and some handicap brains will vote for him...

Imagine a professor thinking in this manner; 10k to start a business. Will a woman with 4 - 5 kids record success?

How can a professor think cheaply like this?

There are intelligent people that will come up with good plans to reduce poverty, not these lesser thinkers u call leaders... A Ghanaian president will not think in this direction.

Nigeria is too big for "black man with a black brain" to rule..

Las las, its a zoo....

Some people started from the scratch but are today multi millionaires.
Do not despise the day of small beginnings. The people receiving these loans see the need for it. Some are utilizing it to grow their business.

There is no way you can put it that will make 10k make sense. The prof that is shearing the 10k knows quite well that the amount can't afford his lunch for a day. It is not just a gift but a loan, what a Nation!
