A former Senate Leader, Senator Ali Ndume, has reacted to the attack on Senator Ike Ekweremadu by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV had reported that the immediate past Deputy Senate President was attacked and disgraced by aggrieved members of the IPOB at an event in Germany, on Saturday.

Reacting in a statement made available to Igbere TV on Sunday, the former Senate President aspirant, condemned the attack on the Enugu West Senator.

He said the IPOB members attacked one of the “greatest heroes” in Nigeria, while consoling Ekweremadu.

“Ekweremadu is not the person they ought to attack and indeed they have to stop such attack on anybody for that matter,” Ndume said.

If u want to be rich create and give value to urself and to others.
If u want to be wealthy, multiply what u did to become rich, aim higher and add discipline to it.
If u want to be great serve others.
If ur not satisfied with the fruit/result(Crime) Nigeria currently has within and outside the country, leave the result and focus on the source(Root/Tree). Uproot the tree and plant a new one and the result/fruit will be different.
Note: As long as the root of our problem is not solved, things will continue to get worse no matter the security deployed.
Its just a matter of time, the people will react and revolt against the system...

Any politician representing the people and is not doing what he/she is voted for then they should be expecting the Ekweremadu treatment in Germany befalling them.

Its time our representatives are held accountable

The last time I checked, violent can never solve a problem. You can't use fire to quench fire...

Besides, I thought Biafra was self determination, but now what I see is self destruction.
