Aloy+Emeka:

He robbed over 15,000 unemployed Imo indigenes by promising them jobs and selling application forms to them at a cost of N10,000 each, then he turns around to use the revenue he got from the application forms to employ only 10 people and the remaining change went to his bank account.

Analysis
N10,000 x 15,000 = N150M

He employed 10 people at a salary of 500k/Year = N5M of the application fee money will be spent on the 10 lucky people a year. So, in essence, it will take 13-15 years before the 10 candidates can finish the whole N150M and Ohakim would have been out of office by then. He robbed Peter to pay Paul small then kept the remainder.

He is second to only Chimaroke Nnamani and Gbenga Daniels.

Ohakim is a big giant fraud. If not for the security situation in Abia, he would have earned the wall of shame plaque as the most useless governor in the South East, and probably will make it to the top 10 hall of shame inductees in Nigeria, if not for serious security concerns in some states across the Nation. That job creation scam is the most disturbing fraudulent act in the history of Nigeria. I sincerely hope it is not swept under the carpet, because heads ought to roll after a thorough investigation has been conducted.

In normal societies, school enrollment like JAMB has to correlate very strongly with accurate census figures. Is that the case in Nigeria?

I wish they can nail him with the investigation. What kind of person robs the poor and unemployed?. Only in Nigeria will you hear of companies or govt selling job application forms.

How come they find it difficult to elect a good governor even with all their education?
