This is the best move CBN made in recent time. People flexing with borrowed money yet moving savings to other banks. This should be extended to bank directors and chairman who are even more corrupt than politicians.

We keep moving forward through our financial sector

There’s enough money in this economy for its citizens to develop the economy. It only the FG that needs external loan for infrastructure.

Mrs Aishah Ahmad though my female candidate and Oga Godwin Emefiele my male Candidate for the CBN job should realize that Nigerians are one of the smartest people in the world. They would either ship their deposits out of the country or find a pseudo account that is not link to them to operate. The real bone of contention is the interest rate, how can you be charging customers 28% interest rate when they borrow and be given them 3% when they save ,does that really make sense...the interest rate is too high jare.

Not so because the debt will never be recovered if it is to be subjected to the debtor's approval.
